You get **two different RACI layouts**, so you can choose the one that best fits how your organisation actually works.

**RACI v1 – Role‑based matrix**

- Tasks listed vertically
- Roles listed horizontally
- Assign **Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed** against each task
- Ideal for projects with stable roles or formal governance structures

**RACI v2 – Accountability‑first view**

- Tasks listed vertically
- Stakeholders grouped by R, A, C and I
- Encourages explicit conversations about ownership
- Particularly useful where accountability has been ambiguous in the past

Both versions include simple, clear instructions within the sheet.

### 2. Stakeholder Analysis & Management Matrix

The stakeholder matrix goes beyond a basic power/interest grid and focuses on **how you actually manage people** through change.

It helps you:

- Identify all key stakeholders and their roles
- Assess **power, influence and impact**
- Understand likely reactions to the project
- Define the **desired level of support**
- Choose an appropriate communication approach
- Visually prioritise where your management attention is needed most

Built‑in indicators help you focus effort where it matters, and reassess as the project evolves.
